Shipping policy

1. Shipping and Pickup Options

All shipping prices will be calculated upon checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 7 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item is passed off to a shipping carrier a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. Returns

Returns will be eligible within 5 days from delivery. Items must be returned in the original condition Some items are not eligible for return, as stated in the refund policy.

4. Damaged Orders

Little Doe is not liable for lost or damaged products after the product has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, please reach out to us so we can assist you in placing a claim with the shipping provider.
